She has also been advising several of her clients on several domestic and international arbitration related matters, including international arbitrations before the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), etc.

She has dealt with and continues to deal with significant legal issues that have been argued in courts and arbitral panels, such as enforceability of shareholder agreements, tortious interference in rival’s business, issues emanating from recovery proceedings, etc.

She has significant experience in dealing with regulatory issues as well as with regulators. Further, She’s litigation practice includes appearances before all kinds of judicial and quasi-judicial authorities and tribunals, including the Supreme Court of India and High Courts of various States.
