Nupur Shah is an advocate who specializes in Income Tax Act, Corporate laws and International Arbitration laws. She represents clients before CIT (Appeals), Settlement Commission, Gujarat High Court, Supreme Court and Tribunals including Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ahmedabad and National Company Law Tribunal (previously Company Law Board); and has represented clients before Mumbai High Court in the past.
